500kg Jib Crane, Mechanical Vacuum Lifter

Large panels need two or three people to carry, and turning them raises the risk of hitting edges and chipping corners. The processing area often cannot run power for a motorized suction unit. Every time a panel goes onto the machine table, positioning it takes time.

FullSharp installs a 500 kg jib crane with a mechanical vacuum lifter hanging below it. The hand pump creates suction, so no power source is needed at the work position. Swinging the arm carries the panel gently from the storage rack to the machine table, landing right at the edge the first time.

Equipment Installed

500 kg jib crane frame: load-bearing post and steel arm, rotating around the post to cover the area between the panel rack and the machine table.
Mechanical vacuum lifter: hand-operated pump, no electric motor needed, works in areas without a power source.
Hand-operated suction and release valves: a single lever grips or releases, for quick handling in repeated lifts.
Suction cup assembly: rubber pads grip the panel surface, spreading the holding force evenly without marking the finished surface.
