500kg Jib Crane, Becker Vacuum Lifter

Lifting a large panel is already difficult; rotating it to the exact angle for the machine table is even harder. The task repeats all day, so the suction must stay steady - a pressure drop mid-lift ruins the whole panel. Many plants use suction equipment with a weak pump that has to stop and wait for pressure to recover.

FullSharp installs a 500 kg jib crane with an electric hoist and a vacuum lifting pad driven by a Becker motor. The motor keeps suction steady, so continuous lifting stays stable. The rotating arm carries the panel to the exact placement angle, and pendant control gives precise raising and lowering.

Equipment Installed

500 kg jib crane frame: load-bearing post and steel arm, rotating around the post to cover the area between the panel rack and the machine table.
Electric hoist: motor-driven lifting and lowering at a steady speed, stopping precisely at the panel-placing height.
Vacuum lifting pad: suction cups arranged to match glass, sheet metal, wood or stone panel sizes, spreading the holding force evenly over the surface.
Becker vacuum motor: creates and holds steady suction during continuous operation, with fewer stops to wait for pressure.
Pendant control box: raise, lower, suction and release buttons within the operator's reach.
