FullSharp installed a 500 kg jib crane with a 500 kg battery-powered vacuum lifter for flat sheets weighing several hundred kilograms that were slow to sling and easy to scratch. The pump sits on the pad itself with no trailing air hose, so the arm swings freely around the column and the operator presses the pad on and lifts at once.
Large flat sheets weighing several hundred kilograms are slow to sling one at a time and prone to surface scratches. Dragging an air hose behind the lifter also gets in the way when the arm needs to swing through multiple rotations around the column.
FullSharp installed a 500 kg jib crane fitted with a battery-powered vacuum lifter. The vacuum pump sits directly on the lifting pad with no trailing air hose, so the arm swings freely and the operator simply presses the pad onto the sheet to lift it immediately.

- Vacuum gauge and warning horn: confirms full vacuum before lifting and sounds when pressure drops below the safe threshold.
