Goods in the plant must be moved back and forth many times each shift; doing it by hand is slow and risks bumping into machinery. Manual lifting also makes it hard to stop at the exact height, wasting time re-adjusting each time.

FullSharp installs a 200 kg rail crane with a KITO electric hoist. The steel guide rail lets the trolley run smoothly, and the electric hoist's brake holds the load in place, stopping at the exact height and staying there when the button is released.

Installed Equipment

  • Guide rail: load-bearing steel rail, joined in sections to extend the line to the plant's full length.
  • KITO electric hoist: genuine KITO unit, electrically powered, with a brake that holds the load when the control button is released.
  • Pendant control: clear up/down buttons, letting the operator stand beside the load to position it precisely.
  • Safety hook: fitted with a safety latch to keep slings and straps from slipping off during lowering.
  • Rail support frame: hangers and support structure arranged to match the column spacing, adjustable to keep the rail straight and running smoothly.
