Wall-Mounted 200kg Rail Crane for Carton Lifting

The packing area runs along a wall, and putting a jib crane column on the floor would eat into space needed for pallets and hand trucks. Carton boxes still need to be lifted and lowered constantly, so workers' arms tire out by mid-shift.

FullSharp installed a 200 kg rail jib crane mounted on the wall, keeping the entire system overhead. The ANVER vacuum tube lifter with its long handle lets the operator stand upright while still reaching out to lift and place boxes further away.

Equipment installed

Wall-mounting assembly: steel brackets bolted to a load-bearing column or wall, transferring the entire load off the floor.
200 kg rail: a trolley runs along the rail, carrying the suction unit to the right pickup and drop point.
ANVER vacuum tube lifter: an ANVER unit with a tube that extends and retracts with vacuum, moving smoothly and holding the load when released.
Long handle: extends the operator's reach, letting them reach distant boxes without bending or leaning.
