The packing area runs along a wall, and putting a jib crane column on the floor would eat into space needed for pallets and hand trucks. Carton boxes still need to be lifted and lowered constantly, so workers' arms tire out by mid-shift.
FullSharp installed a 200 kg rail jib crane mounted on the wall, keeping the entire system overhead. The ANVER vacuum tube lifter with its long handle lets the operator stand upright while still reaching out to lift and place boxes further away.

With no columns on the floor, pallets, hand trucks, and workers can still move freely through the packing area.
The long handle keeps work at a comfortable height, cutting down on repeated bending.
The suction unit follows the rail line, serving a whole row of pallets rather than a single spot.
For wall-mounted setups, FullSharp first checks the wall or column structure before finalizing the bracket position and rail length. Our engineers measure the required reach, stacking height, and weigh your heaviest box to select the suction head. Send us photos of the area and your box specifications, and we will schedule a site visit.
