Turnbuckle jib cranes

Overview

Knight Global turnbuckle jib cranes use a single rotating rail on a floor-mounted pedestal for workstations where an overhead crane system is impractical.

Knight’s MJBA2100 & MJBA2200 Turnbuckle Jib Cranes are ergonomically designed to accommodate workstations where ceiling heights are inconvenient for an overhead crane system. This series offers a large tool coverage area with a single rotating rail on a floor-mounted pedestal. It also has a level adjustment screw used to adjust the pitch of the rail and an adjustable hard stop.

Knight Jib Cranes have Timken® Tapered Roller bearings that provide a smooth 360 degree rotation and have boom lengths available up to 10 ft. [3m].

DetailsKnight Global's TRM2019 Hose Trolley transfers loads along the horizontal axis and carries festooning hose from Knight's TR2000 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. Knight Hose Trolleys are manufactured from commercial grade pickled and oiled hot rolled steel with a tensile strength of ± 49 ksi and a yield point of ± 30 ksi.
  • Fiberglass filled High Impact Nylon Wheels.
  • Side Guide Rollers with integrated bearings.
  • Double-Shielded bearings keep dirt out, and do not require lubrication.
  • Min/ Max Continuous Service Temp at 100% load: -20 degs. F to 248 degs. F.

DetailsThe TRM2021 Hose Trolley with Cable Saddle supports the electrical festooning for Knight's TR2000 Series Aluminum Rail Systems. The Cable Saddle has velcro straps that allow for fast and easy installation of electrical cables. It can support up to 2 in. [51mm] cables or hoses. Knight Hose Trolleys are manufactured from commercial grade pickled and oiled hot rolled steel with a tensile strength of ± 49 ksi and a yield point of ± 30 ksi.
