Bags flex and their center of gravity shifts as they are lifted, so shoulder-carrying has long been the only way workers could move them. Hundreds of bags pass through a worker's hands, back, and shoulders every shift, and bags often slip when transferred onto pallets.
FullSharp installs a 5T rail rated for 200 kg along the loading line and fits it with an ANVER vacuum lifter built with a bag-lifting pad. The operator presses the pad onto the bag, pulls the handle to lift it, slides it along the rail to the pallet, and releases.
An ANVER vacuum lifter running on a ceiling-mounted 5T rail, lifting a bag at the warehouse.
Bags are lifted by vacuum and slide along the rail. Workers' shoulders and spines are spared the strain.
The pad holds the bag evenly and lowers it slowly onto the pallet, reducing torn bags and spilled loads.
The rail runs straight from the pickup point to the pallet, keeping a steady pace throughout the shift.
FullSharp visits your warehouse to weigh sample bags, check the bag material, and measure the travel path from the pickup point to the pallet. We select the pad to match your bag surface, the rail length, and the ceiling mounting points. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
