Material rolls usually sit horizontally on a pallet, but machines often need to feed the roll upright. Turning a roll by hand is heavy and dangerous - it can slip and roll away, and the outer layer of material easily gets scratched.

FullSharp introduces a 50 kg smart electric lifter with a manually operated 90-degree tilt mechanism. The roll is raised electrically, tilted in place from horizontal to upright, then pushed straight to the machine without ever touching the floor again.

Equipment Installed

50 kg electric lift unit: pushbutton lifting that stops precisely at the machine's feed height.
90-degree tilt mechanism: manually rotates the roll from horizontal to upright, with locking pins at both positions to prevent unwanted rotation.
Roll-support forks: shaped to the roll's diameter, keeping it balanced during lifting and tilting.
Compact frame and swivel wheels: fits between machines and pushes easily, without needing the wide aisles a standard forklift requires.
Battery and charger: runs a full shift then recharges, with no need for compressed air infrastructure or a fixed power source at the workstation.
