FullSharp supplied a 50 kg smart electric lifter with a manually operated 90-degree tilt to lift material rolls off a pallet and turn them from horizontal to upright at the feed station. The roll is raised by push button, tilted in place and pushed straight to the machine without touching the floor, so it cannot roll away or scratch its outer layer.

Material rolls usually sit horizontally on a pallet, but machines often need to feed the roll upright. Turning a roll by hand is heavy and dangerous - it can slip and roll away, and the outer layer of material easily gets scratched.

FullSharp introduces a 50 kg smart electric lifter with a manually operated 90-degree tilt mechanism. The roll is raised electrically, tilted in place from horizontal to upright, then pushed straight to the machine without ever touching the floor again.

How do you turn a material roll from horizontal to vertical?

What weight of roll can this lifter handle?

Why not lower the roll to the floor to turn it?

Turning on the floor adds a step and risks the roll slipping and rolling away. Tilting on the lifter keeps it held the whole time.
