Stainless Electric Lifter for Coils

Paper and fabric coils are heavy, and loading them onto a machine requires reorienting the axis from horizontal to vertical or back. Tilting them by hand is dangerous, while temporary bracing risks denting the edges and damaging the outer layer.

FullSharp supplies a stainless-steel-bodied electric lifter with a lift, tilt, and hold mechanism powered electrically. The operator simply presses a button to clamp the coil and rotate it slowly, and the rust-resistant stainless body performs well in humid areas that need frequent cleaning.

Equipment Installed

Stainless-steel body: frame and shell resist rust in humid environments or areas using cleaning chemicals.
Electric coil clamp mechanism: wraps around the coil body electrically, holding it firmly throughout lifting and tilting.
Coil tilt mechanism: rotates the coil from horizontal to vertical and back, at a slow speed to avoid shifting the outer layer.
Electric lift column: raises and lowers at the push of a button, stopping precisely at the machine's spindle height.
Battery and charger: runs a full shift, charges outside production hours, with no trailing power cord needed.
