Pneumatic Manipulator on H-Beam Track

A long production line often has several points that need lifting, and installing a separate device at every point costs both space and money. Workers carrying items back and forth between stations lose time and risk shoulder or back injury when a product is heavy or awkward to hold.

FullSharp suspends a pneumatic manipulator from a trolley running on an H-beam along the line. The unit travels to whichever station needs it, its working end rotates 360 degrees and grips the product securely, with just one operator needed.

Equipment Installed

H-beam and trolley: a steel beam runs the length of the line, with the trolley carrying the manipulator to each station without needing extra equipment.
Pneumatic manipulator: compressed air balances the load, so a light push from the operator moves it up or down as intended.
Product gripping head: jaws shaped to the product, holding it firmly throughout the move.
Working-end swivel joint: rotates fully to set the product in the correct orientation without turning the whole arm.
