Repeatedly lifting materials weighing ten to several dozen kilograms all day is the most common cause of back and shoulder injuries in a workshop. As a shift wears on, movements slow down and misplacement becomes more frequent.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic manipulator right at the work position. The pneumatic mechanism carries nearly all the weight, and the operator only needs to push gently in the desired direction. The gripper, hook, or vacuum pad is built to match the type of goods, so nothing needs tying off each time.

Equipment installed
- Multi-jointed arm: rotates flexibly around the column, reaching the whole work area without moving the base.
- Pneumatic assist unit: balances the load's weight, holding it suspended at exactly the height being placed.
- Interchangeable gripper head: hook, clamp, or vacuum pad built to match the workshop's goods.
- Control handle: light, one-hand operation, leaving the other hand free to guide the object.
- Base: bolted to the floor or mobile, depending on the installation position.
