FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad at the end of a packing line to stack cartons onto pallets. The pad grips the top of each box, air lifts it and the operator swings the arm to the pallet, so cartons stay level, stacks line up evenly and workers stop bending and twisting all shift.
At the end of a packing line, cartons come out continuously and need to be stacked onto pallets. Bending, lifting, and twisting all shift causes back pain and uneven stacks. Cartons also have low structural strength — squeeze too hard and the corners dent.
FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane with a vacuum lifting pad mounted under the arm. The pad presses onto the top of the carton, compressed air lifts it, and the operator rotates the arm to move it onto the pallet before lowering. The carton always stays level, so the stack lines up evenly.

Suction on the flat top instead of a side clamp means no dents, and the contents stay protected.
The operator stands upright, pushing and rotating the load instead of bending over each carton.
The suction, rotate, and lower cycle repeats evenly, keeping pallet-stacking speed steady all shift.
The carton stays level while suspended, so the operator can position it before setting it down. That keeps stack edges lined up better than hand carrying.
Suction cups spread across the frame grip the top face without pressing on the corners. FullSharp sizes the pad to the real carton dimensions.
Yes. Lift, lower and release are on the handle, and the rotating column swings the arm between the line and the pallet so nobody carries boxes across the aisle.
FullSharp measures the carton dimensions, weighs the load, and checks whether the top surface has tape or gaps to select the right suction cup. We then finalize the arm's reach based on the distance from the line to the pallet. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
