A fully loaded carton box is bulky and heavy - carrying it by hand easily dents the corners and damages the printed surface. Stacking it high on a pallet forces workers to stretch, and after a few hundred boxes per shift, shoulders tire and boxes get dropped.
FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane fitted with a vacuum lifting pad driven by a Becker motor. The pad presses onto the box lid, the motor creates a stable vacuum so the box holds firmly, and the operator simply pushes the jib arm to move the box onto the pallet.

Flat-pad suction prevents corner denting, so contents inside stay in place.
Vacuum suction carries the load, so the operator only guides direction - eliminating one lifting position entirely.
The Becker motor maintains steady vacuum all shift, with no downtime waiting for pressure to recover.
FullSharp measures the customer's actual box dimensions and weight, checks whether the lid surface is flat enough for suction, then selects the pad size and motor capacity. We also inspect the floor before finalizing the column placement. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
