Products weighing up to 200 kg have to move through several stations on the shop floor, and the layout changes with every new batch. Manual lifting isn't strong enough, while a fixed jib crane loses flexibility and takes time to install.

FullSharp introduced a pneumatic manipulator on a mobile base that requires no attachment to the building structure. A pneumatic balancer unit holds the load at any height, so the operator only needs to push it by hand, and the arm rotates a full 360 degrees, letting the operator place loads anywhere around the workstation.

Mobile-Base Pneumatic Manipulator, 360-Degree Rotation, 200 kg Capacity

Pneumatic manipulator mounted on a mobile base, rotating around its column to move products between stations.

Equipment Installed

  • Mobile base with outriggers: pushed by hand to relocate, then stabilized by lowering the outriggers, with no bolting to the floor required.
  • 200 kg pneumatic balancer unit: holds the load suspended, letting the operator raise and lower it with very little hand force.
  • 360-degree rotating arm: swings around the column to cover the surrounding work positions.
  • Safety lock valve: holds the load if air pressure drops, preventing free fall.

Key Specifications

Benefits for Your Facility

Keeps up with layout changes

Relocate by pushing the whole unit. No disassembly or re-drilling needed.

Lifts as if weightless

Compressed air balances the load's weight. Raising and lowering takes just one hand.

Fast to deploy

No foundation or ceiling reinforcement needed. The unit is ready to use as soon as it arrives on-site.

Suitable Applications

  • Heavy product assembly stations
  • Loading and unloading between vehicles and workbenches
  • Moving semi-finished goods between production lines
  • Inspection and packing areas
