Egg trays are not heavy, but they cannot tolerate vibration or tilting. Workers carrying stacked trays all shift get tired arms, and a single misplaced drop can crack an entire layer of eggs, wasting stock and creating cleanup.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic manipulator for the egg packing area. The equipment carries the weight and keeps the stacked trays level, while the operator only guides the direction gently and lowers slowly.

Equipment Installed

  • Pneumatic manipulator body: air-pressure balanced, holding the load still when released, with no sudden drops.
  • Tray lifting fixture: a support surface shaped to the tray, keeping the stack level throughout the motion.
  • Control handle: smooth lift and lower control with adjustable speed, so eggs are not jolted.
  • Column or overhead rail: positioned to match the work area between the inspection table, packing machine, and pallet.
