Jib Crane with KITO 100kg Electric Hoist

For loads under 100 kg, bringing in a double-girder crane is overkill, while having workers carry them by hand is slow and risks bumping into workpieces. Many stations only need to lift and set down loads within a few meters around a single machine.

FullSharp installs a jib crane with a KITO 100 kg electric hoist: a compact standing column with an arm that rotates a full 360 degrees around it. The operator presses the pendant to run the KITO electric hoist up or down while the other hand steadies the load - the whole task fits within one work position.

Equipment Installed

KITO 100 kg electric hoist: a genuine Japanese-made hoist, operated with a pushbutton pendant, with a brake that holds the load when the button is released.
Rotating column: the base is bolted to the floor, and the arm rotates 180-360 degrees to cover the entire work area around the machine.
Trolley running on the arm rail: pushed by hand along the arm to position the hook exactly where lifting is needed.
Handheld pendant control: clear up/down buttons with an emergency stop, so even new operators can use it right away.
Load-rated steel structure: the arm and column are engineered for a 100 kg load, running steadily through frequent daily use.
