FS-BSZ is a beam-type vacuum lifter that hangs under a crane or hoist. It loads steel, stainless and aluminium sheets onto laser cutting tables and clears sheets after cutting. The FS-BSZ battery version runs on a 12 V battery inside the control box, so no power cable or air hose has to follow the lifter. Hook it to any crane in the shop and it is ready to work.
Besides metal sheets it also handles non-metal sheets with smooth, flat surfaces. Safe working loads run from 500 to 2,500 kg with 6 to 12 suction cups, chosen by sheet size and the heaviest sheet you need to lift.
A 12 V battery drives the piston vacuum pump. The battery indicator tells you when to charge, so it never runs flat mid-shift.
A check valve keeps the vacuum when the pump stops, a pressure switch restarts the pump if vacuum drops, and a vacuum indicator lamp sits on the control box.
Grip and release with the push-pull valve on the handle, or use the remote control box when standing away from a large sheet.
Structural steel frame with baked paint and galvanising; wear-resistant NBR cups detach from their bases for quick replacement.

The most common job is feeding a laser cutter: take a sheet from the bundle, place it on the cutting table, then clear the skeleton after cutting. One person can do it, with no slings or plate clamps, so sheet surfaces stay clean and edges stay straight.
The battery version is designed specifically for loading laser cutters. It needs no mains power or compressed air during operation, so there are no cables in the crane path and no air lines to run across the shop.
Vacuum grips the sheet evenly, so it does not slip when the crane starts or stops. The operator simply guides the handle into position and never has to stand under the load.
The lifter is compact and simple to use in workshops, factories and on site. Frame and components are chosen for heavy industrial use and stay reliable across multiple shifts.
