Corners and areas around columns are the hardest places to fit lifting equipment, yet goods still need lifting all day long. Carrying carton boxes by hand repeatedly is tiring and often dents the corners.

FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane mounted directly on an existing factory column, with no overhead beam or mobile rail required. The arm swings fully around the column, covering the whole work area around it, and the vacuum tool lifts carton boxes smoothly without denting them.

Equipment Installed

Column mounting collar: a bracket that clamps around the factory column, transferring the load into the column so no separate base is needed.
Pneumatic rotating arm: swings fully around the column, covering a circular work area in every direction.
Vacuum tool for carton boxes: the pad presses onto the box lid, holding it securely without denting.
Control handle: suction and release buttons on the handle, letting the operator work one-handed while steadying the load.
