Aluminum Rail Jib Crane, ANVER Vacuum Lifter

Long cartons are not heavy but they are bulky, and a worker carrying one loses sight ahead and easily dents the corners. This area sits right next to a column, leaving no room to install a standalone crane post.

FullSharp uses the existing column, mounting a column-mounted aluminum rail jib crane and hanging an ANVER vacuum tube lifter at the end of the rail. The operator presses the pad against the carton, lifts it with the handle, and swings the arm through 180 to 270 degrees to move the load onto a pallet or conveyor.

Equipment Installed

Column mount: clamps onto the factory column with a mounting plate and bolts, taking up no floor space and requiring no foundation.
Aluminum rail and trolley: lightweight aluminum beam with a smooth-running trolley, so a light push moves the load along.
ANVER vacuum tube lifter: a vacuum pump lifts the carton through a bellows tube, raised and lowered with a lever on the handle.
Pad for long cartons: multiple suction cups arranged along the length of the carton keep it balanced and prevent sagging in the middle.
