Aluminum Rail Crane, ANVER Vacuum Lifter

Soundproofing bags are bulky but soft-shelled — a firm squeeze or bump can dent the surface and ruin its acoustic performance. Two workers carrying one together lose sight of the path ahead, making it easy to bump into scaffolding on a construction site.

FullSharp installs a mobile aluminum rail jib crane with an ANVER vacuum lifting device. The suction head grips the bag's surface with evenly distributed force, lifts it, then rotates 360 degrees to the installation point. The mobile base lets the whole unit be pushed along as construction progresses through each zone.

Installed Equipment

Mobile base: wheels and outriggers push the unit along as construction progresses through each area.
Aluminum rail jib arm: lightweight aluminum beam, rotates 360 degrees, with the trolley running smoothly along the arm.
ANVER vacuum lifting device: flexible suction hose, raised and lowered with a lever on the handle.
Suction head for soft materials: wide-area suction pad with evenly distributed force so the bag surface doesn't dent.
