The bagging area is the most physically demanding spot in the plant: workers carry each bag by hand from the conveyor to the pallet, a few hundred trips per shift of bending and lifting. Bags are heavy with slippery surfaces, and stacking above head height easily causes drops and back or shoulder injuries.
FullSharp installs a lightweight aluminum-rail jib crane suspended overhead, combined with an ANVER vacuum tube lifter. The operator presses the suction pad onto the bag, pulls the handle to lift it, and pushes gently along the rail to the stacking position. The lifting force comes from the vacuum pump, while the operator's hand only guides direction.
