500kg Rail Jib Crane with Electric Vacuum Lifter for Steel Sheets

A 3000 x 1500 mm steel sheet weighs hundreds of kilograms and is long and thin, so it is hard to handle. Loading it onto a CNC cutting table by forklift or by several workers is slow, can bend or scratch the sheet and puts people at risk.

FullSharp installed a 500kg rail jib crane on a floor-mounted column with a COMEUP electric hoist and a 500kg electric vacuum lifter with vacuum pump. It only needs a power supply, no compressed air line. One operator picks up the sheet, lifts it, swings the arm and places it precisely on the CNC cutting machine.

Installed equipment

500kg rail jib crane: steel column bolted to the floor, slewing arm with a 500 kg rail covering the sheet storage area and the cutting table.
COMEUP electric hoist: smooth lifting and lowering with a pendant, travelling along the rail on the jib arm.
500kg electric vacuum lifter: electric vacuum pump mounted on the lifter body, multi-pad frame laid out for 3000 x 1500 mm sheets, spring-cushioned pads, handle and controls on the frame.
