Articulating Jib Crane, Air Balancer & Box Lifter

The work area has many obstacles, so a straight jib crane cannot reach every pickup and drop-off point. Workers have to carry boxes around the obstacles, which is slow and tiring on the arms throughout the shift.

FullSharp uses an articulating jib crane on a mobile base so the arm can fold around obstacles, combined with a FullSharp air balancer and a vacuum carton lifter tool. The air balancer keeps the box balanced at any height, so the operator only needs a light push in the direction it should go.

Installed Equipment

Articulating jib arm: two folding sections reach hidden spots that a straight arm cannot.
FullSharp air balancer: balances the box's weight with compressed air; the box stays still when released.
Carton vacuum lifter tool: the suction pad presses onto the box lid and releases with a lever on the handle.
Mobile base: push by hand to change areas; lower the outriggers and it's ready to work.
Pressure gauges: monitor vacuum and air pressure before every lift.
