Bags of goods are soft, have no handle, and the heavier they are the harder they are to grip. Loading them by hand all day wears workers out, and pulling hard tears the bag and spills the contents. A fast-moving warehouse also means one slow step backs up the whole line.
FullSharp installed an aluminum rail system with an Anver vacuum lifter dedicated to bags. The suction head presses onto the bag surface, gripping firmly without tearing the outer layer. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley roll smoothly, and the 360-degree rotating arm moves the bag from the pallet to the line.

Suction force spreads over a wide area, unlike hooking or clamping a single point, which easily punctures the bag.
The suction, lift, and rotate cycle repeats evenly, keeping a steady pace throughout the shift.
The operator only guides direction, no more hoisting bags onto the shoulder or hugging them against the body.
FullSharp weighs a full bag, checks the outer material and the stacking height, and selects the suction head and pump capacity. Our technicians also measure the mounting structure and the rail length required. Contact FullSharp to schedule a site survey.
