Bags of goods are soft, have no handle, and the heavier they are the harder they are to grip. Loading them by hand all day wears workers out, and pulling hard tears the bag and spills the contents. A fast-moving warehouse also means one slow step backs up the whole line.
FullSharp installed an aluminum rail system with an Anver vacuum lifter dedicated to bags. The suction head presses onto the bag surface, gripping firmly without tearing the outer layer. The lightweight aluminum rail lets the trolley roll smoothly, and the 360-degree rotating arm moves the bag from the pallet to the line.

Equipment Installed
- Aluminum rail: lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and the trolley rolls smoothly enough for one person to push the load along the full line.
- Anver vacuum lifter: stable suction force, holds the bag when the operator pauses.
- Suction head for bag surfaces: wide contact area that spreads the grip force, so the bag doesn't tear or wrinkle.
- 360-degree rotating joint: turns the bag to the direction needed without the operator having to turn their whole body.
