VB Vacuum Lifting System

The ANVER VB vacuum lifting system is a fully integrated unit designed for fast, safe, single-operator lifting and handling of bags, carton boxes and other porous materials.

The system uses a high-vacuum, high-flow direct-drive vacuum pump to hold the load, combined with a rugged electric chain hoist for lifting and lowering.

It provides positive, drift-free load holding that is not weight-sensitive, and can be supplied with an air hoist, electric hoist or air balancer to suit the application.

VB Standard Control Head

The ANVER VB Vacuum-Hoist Lifter is powered by a remote vacuum pump that can be located up to 150 ft (46 m) from the lifting head, and accepts a range of quick-change pad attachments for different loads. Equipped with a vacuum gauge and quick release, this fully integrated lifter has fingertip controls mounted directly on the handle.

The ANVER VB Vacuum-Hoist Lifter can be supplied with an extruded aluminum or steel frame and a variety of custom pads to suit specific load requirements. It provides positive, drift-free load holding that is not weight-sensitive, and is available with an air hoist, electric hoist or air balancer.

The ANVER VB Powered Lifter-Tilter is a hoist-operated vacuum lifter with pneumatic tilt for handling a wide range of textured, semi-porous materials. With a capacity of up to 200 lbs, it can be ordered with a range of vacuum pumps and pads matched to the surface texture and porosity of the load.

Designed for 100% duty cycle, the ANVER VB Powered Lifter-Tilter is available with application-sized pads, including foam pads up to 20" × 25". With fully integrated controls for the variable-speed hoist, vacuum attach and release, and pneumatic tilt, this versatile lifter-tilter provides positive, drift-free load holding.
