Some production areas want to limit overhead electrical equipment, yet still need to lift trays, jerry cans, and parts continuously. Doing it by hand in narrow aisles is slow and risks bumping into nearby machines. The plant already has a compressed-air line running along the area.
FullSharp taps into that air supply, installing a 5T rail rated at 200 kg carrying a pneumatic hoist. The hoist lifts and lowers via a control lever with adjustable speed, so loads set down very gently. A trolley carries the load along the rail to the exact position needed.
5T rail carrying a pneumatic hoist, installed along a work line inside the plant.
Lifting and lowering speed is adjusted via the lever, so loads set down onto the table very smoothly.
The system runs on compressed air, suited to areas that want to limit electrical equipment overhead.
It uses the plant's existing compressed air, with maintenance mainly limited to air filtering and lubrication.
FullSharp checks the pressure, flow rate, and location of air outlets near the installation site. Our engineers measure the rail line, ceiling height, and weigh your actual loads to select the right hoist size. After the survey, you receive a drawing of the rail line, air piping, and installation timeline.
