In this work area, bins and part trays need to move between tables all day. Carrying them by hand seems small each trip, but adds up to real fatigue over a shift. The floor is already packed with machines and racks, leaving no room for ground-level transport equipment.
FullSharp installed a 5T rail running above this area, with a rated load of 200 kg matching the goods being handled. An electric hoist with a compact pendant control runs on the rail. Workers hook the load, press to lift, push the trolley to the next table, and lower it down.
A 5T rail with an electric hoist installed above the work area between tables.
The hoist handles every lift in the shift; workers only guide the direction and position.
The system sits overhead, leaving the floor free for machines, racks, and aisles.
The rail runs exactly along the route goods already travel, with no need to rearrange the plant layout.
FullSharp visits to check the route goods travel, measure ceiling height and load-bearing beams to determine how the rail should be hung. Our technicians weigh the actual load, count the number of lifts per shift, and select the right hoist and rail length. After the site survey, we provide a layout drawing along with an installation schedule.
