FullSharp installed a jib crane on a 5T rail rated 200 kg with a FullSharp vacuum lifting device and a suction head made for cartons in a busy packing area. The operator presses the head on the lid, lifts with the handle, rotates the arm 360 degrees and pushes the trolley to the drop point, with a clear view instead of a box against the chest.

The packing area needs to move cartons between multiple positions throughout the day; the boxes are bulky and stacked high. Lifting them by hand blocks the view, makes it easy to bump into racks, and hundreds of moves per shift is simply too much.

FullSharp installs a jib crane on a 5T rail rated 200 kg and hangs a FullSharp vacuum lifting device with a suction head specialized for cartons. The operator presses the suction head onto the box lid, pulls the handle to lift it, rotates the arm 360 degrees, and pushes the trolley to the drop-off point.
