FullSharp delivered a 3 ton electric mini crane with a 4 m lift height that drives itself to the work site inside the shop, lowers its outriggers and is ready to lift. One crane serves lifting jobs at different spots across the plant within the same shift, instead of installing several fixed cranes or waiting for an outside crane.
Lifting machinery and heavy materials often comes up at different spots throughout a shop. Setting up a fixed crane at every location is not cost-effective, and hiring an outside crane means waiting.
FullSharp delivers a 3-ton electric mini crane with a 4 m lift height. The crane drives itself to the work site, lowers its outriggers, and is ready to lift; once done, it moves to another area within the same shift.

Equipment Installed
- 3-ton crane frame: a steel structure rated for 3 tons, compact enough to fit shop aisles.
- 4 m lifting boom: a lift stroke of up to 4 m, enough to load machines onto platforms or truck beds.
- Electric drive system: the crane moves and lifts on electric power, no manual pulling or pushing needed.
- Outriggers and wheels: outriggers add stability while lifting, and wheels allow quick repositioning.
- Control unit: consolidates travel and lift controls, so one operator is enough.
