Flat parts with surfaces that scratch easily force workers to carry them with both hands and move slowly. The assembly floor is tight, so adding jib crane columns would block the workbenches and walkways.
FullSharp built a 200 kg aluminum rail frame that stands freely on the floor, with no ceiling mounting needed. Mounted on the rail is an ENDO air balancer with a vacuum lifting tool, which lifts the part and carries it along the rail to the drop position.

The frame stands on the floor, so rented buildings or weak ceilings can still have it installed.
The vacuum pad replaces mechanical jaws, holding parts by suction so no marks are left on the product.
