Mechanical workshops often need to move parts and workpieces weighing a hundred kilograms or more from one spot to another throughout the day. Carrying them by hand takes two or three people, while floor-mounted support columns get in the way of machines and carts.

FullSharp installs a 200 kg steel rail anchored to the ceiling along the work line, with an electric hoist hanging beneath it. The operator presses the button to lift, then pushes the hoist along the rail to bring the part exactly where it's needed.

200 kg Overhead Steel Rail with Electric Hoist

200 kg overhead steel rail with an electric hoist traveling along the line inside the workshop.

Equipment Installed

  • 200 kg steel rail: overhead steel beam rated for 200 kg along the full calculated line length.
  • Electric hoist: lifts and lowers with an electric motor at a steady speed, operated through a pendant button box.
  • Rail trolley: carries the hoist along the rail, pushed or pulled with the load as it moves.
  • Suspension fittings: threaded rods, brackets, and anchor bolts sized to the workshop's roof structure.

Key Specifications

  • Rail Line Load Capacity200 kg
  • Rail MaterialSteel
  • Lifting TypeElectric Hoist

Benefits for Your Facility

Frees Up Floor Space

With the rail overhead, the floor below still has room for machines and carts.

Consistent Lifting

The electric hoist runs at a steady speed, independent of the operator's strength.

Durable in Heavy-Duty Workshops

The steel rail withstands impact and dust well, suiting mechanical environments.

Installation Consulting for Your Facility

FullSharp checks the roof structure, column spacing, and the heaviest load before finalizing the steel rail profile. We select the hoist to match the actual lifting height, install it, load-test it, and hand over the documentation.
