The customer's production area spans many process stages, and goods must pass through each position in strict order. Manual carrying is slow and unsafe, while forklifts get in the way of people and running machines. The factory floor also has no room left for additional support columns.
FullSharp installed a 200 kg ceiling-mounted steel rail line running the length of the entire area. An electric hoist mounted on a trolley lifts the load at the start of the line and carries it all the way to the end without setting it down midway. Multiple hanging points spread the load evenly across the roof, keeping the structure stable along the full run.
