The customer's parts must travel along a fixed route between process stages, with two people carrying or a forklift needed for every move. The narrow aisle makes it hard for a forklift to enter and exit, causing delays. A double-girder crane would be far larger than the actual load requires.
FullSharp installed a 200 kg ceiling-mounted steel rail system running exactly along that route. An electric hoist hangs from a trolley, lifting the load and then rolling the whole length of the route with a light push. The whole system sits overhead, so not a single square meter of floor is lost.

The rail sits overhead, so the area below still holds machines and aisles as before.
The trolley rolls smoothly in the rail, letting one person hold the load and push it the entire route.
The 200 kg system is more compact and affordable than a large girder crane, while still covering daily needs.
FullSharp measures the roof structure, truss spacing, and clear height to place hanging points correctly. Our engineers walk the actual work route to finalize rail length and end-stop positions. Contact FullSharp to schedule a survey and receive a layout drawing.
