Many plants need to lift loads at several different spots rather than one fixed location, while the ceiling cannot carry hanging equipment. Dismantling and rebuilding a support stand every time the location changes wastes half a day, and each station's load height also differs, so a fixed-height unit cannot be shared across them.
FullSharp supplies a 120 kg manipulator on a mobile base, with the machine body mounted on a height-adjustable telescopic column. Push the base to any station, adjust the column to that station's height, and start working right away. A dedicated hook tool at the arm's end grips the load's exact hanging point.

Equipment Installed
- 120 kg manipulator: air pressure carries the load's weight, lifting and lowering with very light hand force, stopping at any height.
- Height-adjustable column: adjusts the machine body's height for each work station, one unit shared across multiple operations.
- Mobile base: a wheeled, lockable base — push it into position and lock the wheels before lifting.
- Dedicated hook tool: a hook built to match the load's hanging point so it neither slips nor sways in transit.
- Control handle on the arm: lift, lower, and release buttons sit right where the operator's hand already holds the load.
