Manipulator on ABUS Rail for Workshops

Some tasks are beyond what an ordinary hoist can do: loads must rotate, align precisely into a machine, only a few dozen kilograms each time but repeated continuously. Manual handling tires workers quickly, while a hoist is slow because it moves step by step at the push of a button.

FullSharp installs a manipulator suspended on an ABUS rail. The operator holds the control handle, pushes up or pulls down and the load follows, making it feel almost weightless. The ABUS rail guides the manipulator along the work area.

Equipment Included

ABUS rail: imported rail, smooth-running trolley, guiding the manipulator along the work area.
Manipulator: balances the load so the operator lifts and lowers with very light hand force.
Control handle: lift, lower, grip, and release right on the handle, without taking eyes off the load.
Interchangeable end tools: hook, gripper, or roll cradle depending on each workshop's goods.
