FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane with a force-sensing handle and a soft cradle so one operator can move SUP boards and kayaks from the table to storage racks. The arm follows the operator's push and lowers each long, slippery board exactly where it belongs, which removes two-person carrying and protects the coated surface from bumps and scrapes.

SUP boards and kayaks aren't especially heavy, but they are long and slippery, so even two people carrying one can easily bump it into a rack. The board's coated surface means a single scrape ruins a first-grade item. The work area is also tight, making it hard to maneuver such a long piece.

FullSharp installed a pneumatic jib crane with a force-sensing handle that reads the operator's push and lifts accordingly. The operator simply grips the board and moves it — the arm swings along, then lowers it onto the rack in the exact spot without any collision.

Equipment Installed
