Pneumatic Jib Crane for Assist Lifting in Workshops

For tasks between a few dozen and a few hundred kilograms where a large crane is too slow, FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane that uses compressed air as the lifting force. The 360 degree joint covers the area around the column, and the end tool can be a hook, gripper or suction cup to suit motors, molds or other parts.

Many tasks don't need a large crane, just lifting an item of a few dozen to a few hundred kilograms and setting it down in the right spot. Manual handling is heavy and easy to misplace, while a large crane is bulky and slow. This is the gap that an assist lifting device fills.

The pneumatic jib crane uses compressed air as the lifting force, so the operator only needs to push and guide direction. A 360-degree rotating joint extends the working range around the column. The end tool is interchangeable, from a hook and gripper to a suction cup, depending on each workshop's goods.
