Mobile Pneumatic Jib Crane, Hand-Rope Column

A plant may have several spots that need lifting, but none of them are busy all day. Installing a fixed jib crane at every spot is costly and takes up floor space. Workers end up carrying loads by hand or waiting for a forklift, wasting time and risking collisions.

FullSharp installs a pneumatic jib crane on a mobile base that can be pushed to wherever it is needed. The column is raised and lowered by a hand rope, so it does not depend on a power supply at that location. The rotation runs on compressed air, so it is smooth, stops precisely, and needs only one operator.

Installed Equipment

Mobile base with wheels: wide steel base frame with load-rated wheels, allowing the whole unit to be pushed to another location without drilling into the floor.
Rotating column: load-bearing steel post, with the arm swinging through the working angle to cover the whole work area around the machine.
Pneumatic rotation mechanism: draws air from the plant's compressed-air system, rotating smoothly and stopping gently with no jolt to the load.
Hand rope for column lifting: pulled by hand to adjust the column height, simple to operate with no power supply needed on site.
Anti-tip base legs: extended toward the reach direction, keeping the unit stable when lifting at maximum extension.
