300 kg Mechanical Vacuum Lifting Pad

The customer needs to lift and place large flat panels at multiple locations, some inside the workshop and some out on the job site. Even with four people carrying one panel, it's hard to keep the edges from colliding. Many job sites also don't have power run to them yet.

FullSharp supplies a 300 kg mechanical vacuum lifting pad that generates full vacuum entirely by hand pump. The rubber suction cups seal tightly onto the panel surface, and a valve with a pressure gauge signals immediately if suction drops. Hook it onto a hoist or crane and lift — no electrical power required.

Equipment Installed

Rubber suction cups: a soft rim seals tightly onto the panel surface, holding firmly without scratching or marking it.
Hand pump mechanism: a few pumps of the lever create enough vacuum, with no need for electricity or compressed air.
Vacuum-holding valve: locks the suction chamber throughout the lift, keeping grip stable while the load hangs overhead.
Pressure gauge: clearly marks the safe zone; if the needle drops out of range, stop and re-pump.
Handle and lifting frame: the hanging point is positioned at the center of gravity, hooking straight onto the workshop's existing hoist or crane.
