How It Works
As soon as the Basic touches the surface of the load, it automatically grips and is ready to lift. The operator controls proportional lift/lower speed with two triggers — squeeze gently to move slowly, squeeze harder to move fast. Combined with free 360° load rotation, the operator can place the load precisely and gently in the desired position.

Safe Lifting
If the vacuum level does not reach the required threshold, the Basic will not lift. If pressure drops during lifting, the unit automatically lowers the load slowly — keeping people and goods safe.

Quick-Change Applications
Fits 1, 2, 4 or 6 suction cups depending on the load. The "twist-to-click" system lets you swap the cup, I-frame, H-frame or hook in seconds — no tools needed.

Built-In Hook
The Basic has a built-in hook that's easy to reach when needed — especially useful for customers who need to lift both boxes and sacks. For hook-only customers, two dedicated hooks are available: one that grips firmly onto the handles of buckets, cans, containers, and one for lifting EU pallets.

The Speedy Picker comes with a lifting tool customized to the customer's product and workflow. The tool can pick from any shelf position — high or low. How It Operates
To grip a sack, simply place the Vacuum Bag Gripper on the load and press the green button to activate the vacuum. Then lift and move the load to the desired location. The entire grip cycle takes under 2 seconds — ensuring continuous throughput for the production line.

Why You Need a Roll Gripper
The Lifts All Roll Gripper simplifies roll lifting with high precision. The expanding silicone ring grips tightly inside the roll core, ensuring the outer layer of material is never damaged. The roll can be tilted between horizontal and vertical — however you need to place it. The operator applies no lifting force at all — the roll becomes "weightless".
Adapts to a Wide Range of Rolls
The Roll Gripper can lift almost any roll with a hollow core — for example paper rolls, metal foil rolls, aluminum rolls or plastic rolls. With simple PSH controls, handling becomes easy and placing the roll exactly where needed is highly precise. The unit takes up little space and has low energy consumption. This model can lift very heavy rolls — up to 120 kg. Lifting capacity is fully adjustable to your needs. Mechanism & Strengths
The Z-Gripper is an all-purpose combi-gripper for lifting drums, buckets, boxes and pallets up to 65 kg. It can also lift solid flat-surfaced materials — metal, glass, plastic. The updated version has a quick-connection point for fitting a vacuum cup or a hook as needed. For example: use the cup to lift a drum, use the hook to lift a bucket with handles. Compact design — suited to tight spaces. Developed ergonomically to mimic manual handling but without the weight — the operator steers it directly by hand.

A Leading Airport Solution
The "e" in e-CLS stands for "electric" — an electric-powered version of the original CLS (which runs on compressed air). It was developed for customers without a compressed air supply at their baggage handling area. The e-CLS is the optimal choice for loading baggage into containers or carts at airports. It has handles on multiple sides for maximum control and flexible movement in every direction. Control buttons are positioned for both left- and right-handed operators. The table is programmed to stop automatically at the optimal height for loading.

Automatic Lock

Integrated Accessories
The traverse system (a mobile overhead crane) makes the e-CLS flexible and easy to operate. Baggage moves frictionlessly thanks to metal ball rollers on the table surface. Four buttons control vertical movement — one on each side of the handles. These buttons also control the LED lights. A "jog" button on the column allows raising/lowering the table beyond the working position when needed. It can be paired with the e-CLS Launcher — an accessory that automatically pushes baggage from the table into the container at the press of a single button.
