Electric Horizontal Roll Lifter 300 kg – 1 ton

The horizontal roll lifter is a fully electricstand-on lift truck equipped with U-shaped curved roll forks with electric width adjustment and side shift. It is designed for loading, unloading and transporting rolls in the coating, film and paper industries, and is also known as a film roll transporter or roll lifter.

The U-forks adjust in width and shift sideways electrically, allowing precise alignment with the shafts of coating, calendering and winding machines. Five models are available with capacities of 300 kg, 600 kg and 1,000 kg and lifting heights of 1,600 mm or 2,500 mm.

When handling cylindrical rolls, the shaft through the roll core sits securely in the inner groove of the curved U-fork. The curved surface spreads the roll weight evenly, so the roll surface is not dented, and the locking groove holds the shaft and roll so they cannot slip or fall.

With electric width adjustment and side shift, the lifter handles rolls of many widths and aligns precisely with the shafts of coating, slitting and winding machines for loading, unloading, stacking and transport. Used for optical film, printing paper, copper foil, aluminum foil and battery electrode rolls.
