FS-YFX hydraulic tilt and rotate glass vacuum lifter

FS-YFX is a series of glass vacuum lifters with hydraulic tilting and rotation. Safe working load is 1.5 to 10 t, powered by a DC 24 V battery.

It is built for installing and handling heavy, large glass panels. The hydraulic drive tilts the glass 0–90° and rotates it 360°. The modular suction cup sets each use an independent vacuum system. The cups are controlled by wireless remote with a delayed release function to prevent misoperation. The frame is assembled from multiple sections to suit glass of various sizes.

All six models use 24 V power, wireless remote control and hydraulic tilt and rotation. FS-YFX3000-8S, FS-YFX5T-12S and FS-YFX10T-20S use 1000×640 mm pads; for these three only length × width is given.

The FS-YFX series has a hydraulic drive system that easily tilts the glass 0–90° and rotates it 0–360°. This gives precise positioning and installation and saves the operator time and effort.

Modular pads, independent vacuum

The modular suction cup set is a highlight of the FS-YFX series. Each set uses an independent vacuum system for strong, reliable suction in safety glass processing and installation. The wireless remote lets the operator control the cups easily, and the delayed release function prevents accidental release for maximum safety during operation.
