FS-YFA hydraulic tilt vacuum lifter for curved glass

FS-YFA is a hydraulic tilt vacuum lifter series for glass processing plants. Safe working load ranges from 1 to 10 t, powered by DC 24 V.

It is built for lifting curved glass in the factory and can grip both the inner (concave) and outer (convex) face of the glass. A hydraulic cylinder tilts the glass from 0 to 90°. The modular suction cup groups each run on an independent vacuum system, which makes the lifter safer and more reliable. For glass of different curvatures the cup groups adjust themselves to follow the glass surface. The frame size is made to the customer's requirements.

Features

Grips inner and outer curves

For curved glass in the factory; the cups can hold either the concave or the convex face.

0–90° hydraulic tilt

Driven by a hydraulic cylinder that tilts the glass from 0 to 90°.

Independent vacuum modules

Each modular cup group has its own vacuum system for higher safety and reliability.

Self-adjusting to curvature

On glass of different curvatures, the cup groups adjust automatically to fit the surface.

Custom frame size

The frame is sized to the customer's requirements.

All five models share 1150×560 mm suction pads, DC 24 V power, wireless remote control and 0–90° hydraulic tilt; they differ in frame size, number of pads and safe working load.
