FS-YF hydraulic tilt vacuum lifter for long glass sheets

FS-YF is a hydraulic tilt vacuum lifter series for glass processing plants. Safe working load ranges from 2 to 10 t, powered by DC 24 V.

The lifter can reach 18–20 m in length, suited to large and very large glass factories. A large-bore hydraulic cylinder tilts the glass from 0 to 90°; the system is stable and simple to operate. Vacuum release needs two buttons and has a time delay, for safe and reliable handling. Some models use independent vacuum modules for higher safety and productivity. The frame is assembled from several sections to suit glass of different lengths.

All four models share DC 24 V power, wireless remote control and 0–90° hydraulic tilt. FS-YF2000-20S uses 20 round Φ300 cups; the 3–10 t models use 1200×650 mm suction pads.
