Product Features

A wire rope design with higher precision replaces the conventional chain design, for faster operation and more accurate positioning;
Automatic slowdown at the upper limit reduces the risk of hitting the top, and the workpiece's working range can be limited flexibly;
Maximum speed reaches 35m/min, minimum speed down to 0.05m/min, ensuring precise control when handling and assembling precision equipment or impact-sensitive parts;
Better stability during start-up, travel, and set-down. The dense fine-strand wire rope effectively prevents twisting, and combined with the built-in planetary gear reducer, operation is smooth and quiet for a more fluid handling feel.

The FS-X3S can be fitted with 5 handle configurations, chosen by where the operator stands, the travel height and how bulky the load is:

Operator can reach the handle, compact load: FS-B6 handle (standard) on the spiral cable.
Bulky load, operator cannot stand close: the handle is built into the end fixture and connects through the 360° FS-H1 electric slip ring and an adapter cable (0.5 m standard, 2 m optional). Choose the FS-B7 external split handle or the FS-E3 remote pressure-plate handle; also suits vertical hanging with limited height under the beam.
Long travel, operator cannot reach the height: FS-E3 remote pressure-plate handle connected through the FS-H1 slip ring.
Pressure control on a customer-supplied fixture: FS-T1 full-touch handle; the grip can be custom-designed.
Main unit and wire rope: 100/200/300 kg with 5, 7, 8 m or custom rope; 600 kg with 6 m or custom rope.
Optional accessories: anti-drop hook and swivel assembly, FS-H1 slip ring, wireless remote, sliding trolley brackets (KBK I/II hanger plates, aluminum rail adapters I/II, C65/C80 hanger plates).
