FS-WDL80-1S mechanical vacuum lifter, 80 kg capacity

FS-WDL80-1S is the smallest size in the single-pad mechanical vacuum lifter range: 80 kg safe working load, Φ200 mm round suction cup and only 5 kg dead weight. It hangs directly on a crane or hoist hook and suits small and medium aluminium, stainless and thin steel sheets.

This range is used for damage-free handling of all kinds of plates, especially aluminium. The lifter needs no electricity or compressed air: vacuum is created and released by the slack and tension of the lifting chain, with no control buttons at all. With no cables or air hoses attached there is no risk of operating error, so safety is very high.

All four models are controlled mechanically by the lifting chain and need no electricity or compressed air. FS-WDL2000-1S uses a rectangular suction cup; the other models use a round cup.

No installation

The master link hooks straight onto the crane hook; the lifter is ready to use on delivery.

No electricity or compressed air

Gripping and releasing rely only on the lifting chain. No buttons, and power cuts or low voltage have no effect.

Works wherever there is a crane

No cables or air hoses to connect, so the lifter can be taken to any crane or hoist and put to work.

No operating errors

The lifter releases only after the plate is set down and the chain is fully slack, so it cannot drop a plate mid-lift.

No damage to the plate

Vacuum holds the plate without slings or clamps, so aluminium surfaces are not scratched and edges are not dented.
