FS-WDL1000-2S

No installation needed, the vacuum pad's lifting eye can connect directly to the hook of a lift truck or crane.
Slackening and tightening the chain controls vacuum generation and release; pick-up and release are carried out via the vacuum control valve.
No control buttons of any kind, no external electricity or compressed air, unaffected by power outages or unstable voltage.
No electrical cables or air hoses to connect, so the unit can be moved to any location equipped with lifting equipment.
Only when the workpiece is set down and the chain is fully slack, can the load be released, preventing accidental release, so safety is extremely high.

FS-WDL1000-2S belongs to the FS-WDL multi-head mechanical vacuum lifter series. It lifts and moves sheets without scratching or denting the surface, and is especially suited to aluminium sheet. This model carries 2 Φ450 suction cups on a beam frame, with a safe working load of 1,000 kg (2,204 lb) and a dead weight of 220 kg.

It needs no electricity and no compressed air. The lifting ring hooks straight onto a crane, hoist or forklift hook, with nothing to install and no cables or hoses to run. Gripping and release are controlled by the tension and slack of the lifting chain through a vacuum valve; there are no buttons on the lifter.

The series also includes FS-WDL600-6S (6 cups, 600 kg) and FS-WDL800-4S (4 cups, 800 kg). The table below lists all three models so you can choose by sheet size and the heaviest sheet you need to lift.

Key features

No installation

The lifting ring hooks straight onto a crane or forklift hook. Take the lifter wherever there is lifting equipment and it is ready to work.

No electricity or compressed air

No buttons and no external power. Power cuts or unstable voltage have no effect on holding the sheet.

Chain-controlled grip and release

Chain tension and slack open and close the vacuum valve. The operator simply raises and lowers the crane hook.

No accidental release

No cables, air hoses or buttons, so no misoperation. The sheet is released only after it has been set down and the chain is fully slack.

The FS-WDL multi-head series is mostly used to feed laser cutters and aluminium sheet saws, and to pick steel, stainless and plastic sheets from the bundle. The lifter hangs under a crane and one person guides the sheet into place by hand.

Advantages of the FS-WDL mechanical vacuum lifter

A mechanical vacuum lifter needs no complicated installation: hook the lifting ring onto the crane hook and it is ready. There are no buttons, no electricity and no compressed air; chain tension and slack decide when vacuum is created and when the sheet is released.

With no cables and no air hoses, the risk of misoperation drops sharply. Operators can work with confidence, which matters most in shops where lifting safety comes first.

Besides aluminium, the lifter handles many other flat sheets such as steel, stainless steel and plastic, so one lifter serves several materials in the shop.

The frame is solid and operation is simple. A ductile iron housing, 40Cr steel tie rods and a G80 chain keep the lifter durable and reliable over years of use.
