FS-QFD pneumatic tilt glass vacuum lifter for glass processing

FS-QFD belongs to the pneumatic tilt (rotation) series of vacuum lifters. Safe load 400 kg, powered by compressed air at 0.6–0.8 MPa.

It suits glass processing stations such as unloading at the tempering furnace exit, loading laminated glass into the autoclave and gluing insulating glass spacer frames. The frame is strong, carries a large load and runs steadily.

At a fixed station the lifter works with a pillar jib crane, a wall-mounted jib crane or a crane rail system, so it is quick and convenient to use. The air cylinder extends and retracts to tilt the glass pneumatically from 0 to 90°.
