FS-BL vacuum lifter for large plates, 3 to 20 t

FS-BL is a large-format vacuum lifter that hangs under an overhead crane to lift big, heavy plates such as thick steel plate, stainless sheet and long plates without scratching or denting the surface. The basic frame is 6 m long; high-capacity versions join two or three sections into 12 m and 18 m frames.

Each lifter is built around the customer's plate sizes: a square steel tube frame, either single or multi-level, with suction cups that can be repositioned to suit different plate sizes. Safe working loads run from 3 to 20 t.

Two power options

DC battery version (FS-BLZ)

For loads up to 3 t. Dual-system control, battery life of more than 4 years, charged from 110–220 V mains. No power cable has to follow the lifter during work.

AC version (FS-BLJ)

For loads up to 20 t. High-flow vacuum pump, large-capacity vacuum accumulator and vacuum leak alarm. Supplied with a transformer to match the local supply voltage.

Sizes shown as (6000+6000)×2000 are frames joined from 6 m sections. The 850×450 mm cups are rectangular pads used on the high-capacity versions. Besides these models, FullSharp builds the frame to your actual plate sizes and weights.

Advantages

Built for heavy lifting

Configured for large, heavy plates: a structural steel frame and many suction cups sharing the load, so plates are lifted smoothly and safely.

DC: up to 3 t, indoors and outdoors

The battery lasts more than 4 years, which keeps maintenance costs down. A long-life battery option provides power for a full shift without frequent charging.

AC: up to 20 t, holds vacuum on power loss

A high-flow pump with a large-capacity vacuum accumulator gives strong, stable suction. An optional UPS backup holds pressure for more than 6 hours. The vacuum leak alarm warns the operator straight away if something goes wrong during a lift.

Runs on your local supply

The AC version comes with a transformer matched to the voltage at your site, so installation and operation need no changes to your electrical system.
