Knight Global Floor Mounted Rail Systems Rail Systems are designed to provide a safe, efficient solution to ergonomic challenges on the factory floor. A wide range of configuration options covers each customer's specific technical requirements and applications.
The suspension rail system uses an enclosed trolley track that resists dust buildup for quieter, smoother operation. Floor mounted rail systems are available in both Single Bridge and Dual Bridge configurations to suit a wide range of lifting needs.

AFMRS1000 - aluminum floor mounted rail system

CMRS1000 - cantilevered rail system
Features
Max. post height: 5,181 mm (17 ft).
Max. bridge length: 7,010 mm (23 ft).
Rigid end trucks - prevent bridge skewing under sudden loading and ensure accurate lifting and lowering.
Cushioned end caps - absorb impact when the bridge reaches the end of the rail.
Extended stack hangers with 38 mm (1.5 in.) of vertical adjustment in 6 mm (0.25 in.) increments.
Sway bracing cables with adjustable turnbuckles.
Built-in pad eyes on the beams for attaching safety cables and lateral bracing cables.
Beam pad eyes also aid in lifting the beams during system assembly.
